The automatic cut system trims the threads (needle and shuttle side) during the process on the machine. This almost completely eliminates the risk of hand up threads and above all thread breakage.

With the shuttle stop device (SSL) of the LASSER CUT system, the shuttles can be switched on and off in the same way as the needles.

The time consuming process of winding up is unnecessary due to the use of the 165 cm embroidery height frame. Allovers are embroiderd in one piece, which represents a major quality improvement and reduction of the downtimes.
